skarner pbe rework with shrines
It seems to me that the shrine idea could have some merits in the actually holding of them but with the benefits it's supposed to give it sucks entirely cause of one reason the enemy can just ignore those areas or be slightly outside it and him being out of it he seems to lose 70% of his power budget and to make matters worse it promotes no interaction between holding it since enemies would just ran away if skarner is there So here's how i would fix it The shrines could benefit him and him still being useful outside of them is that generate crystal like thresh's souls which provide a steady boost to stats the shrines give and put on skarner permanently and nerf the bonus from just being in the aura of shrine since now enemies have to fight skarner for control of these may as well be mineral deposits as to now making the enemy fight him in his turf and making sure skarner now has to fight enemies controlling his shrines to get more minerals to upgrade faster and be more useful out of them and of course with excess minerals he can construct additional pylons the only complaint i can see is this will either be quasi feast or famine where if his team does well and he has more shrines he get's upgrades faster while if he holds none his getting nothing but it is much better for skarn to get 1 upgrade then this control area now you a boss but only in it
