Help me choose jungle vs mid

Hello, i used to be a mid main but recently i have started playing jungle and i now enjoy playing them both equally. But i wanted to ask who do you guys think can carry the game more. As of now my thinking is that a good jungler can start influencing the game from early game but will fall off in late game. And mid if he gets ahead can start roaming if he gets ahead however he needs to get ahead or be able to push out the lane.

But in both lanes i strugle with some things In jungle i feel like i can get ahead and get fed really hard but i fail to snowball and end the game. In mid it feels like i will not manage to carry if i get an unfavorable matchup. And then some games i just get camped and cant do anything that way

So i have some questions from you guys Who do you think can carry harder?

How to snowball in jungle so i could end the game when i get fed?

How to carry in mid if i get camped or am in an unfavorable matchup?
