An Idea for High Level players to play with friends who are new.

A lot of new players are brought in by their friends who have played for awhile, however the options of actually PLAYING with their high level friends are limited. The high level friend will either have to make a smurf account that will likely just go to waste after awhile OR the high level player plays with his main account and the new player has to fight against people who are WAY above their level and skill. So my idea is simple:

Effective Down Leveling When your partied with a player who is a Lower level than you 3 things happen:

1. Your Level is temporarily lowered to the lowest level player on your team and your MMR will adjust proportionately.
2. Runes will temporarily be relocked to whatever is available to your effective level and if you have runes that aren't normally available to you at that level they won't work (ex: if your effective level is 10 only the first 3 marks, glyphs, seals, and the 1st quint will be available and tier 3 runes will be unavailable)
3. Masteries will also temporarily revert to match what would be available to you at your effective level. The masteries that are used depend on the order that they were put in when the page was made.
