Can I stop getting games where its 2 premades vs no premades

I don't care if its draft, this is the reason I don't play League much anymore. Premades and Smurfs are the primary reason this game is currently the joke it is. Everyone complains on here about wanting "fairer" matchmaking and yet are perfectly happy to ruin what would be a fun, even game by bringing Platinum+ "Friends" to a Bronze game.

I also choose not to play ranked because of how overly toxic and competitive it is.

Its frustrating, unfair and makes Riot look like idiots for not thinking that people would abuse this system in this way. I would happily have longer queues with a solo normal draft mode, if it guaranteed me a fairer and more fun experience.

Also, all my friends left League because of the toxic direction the game is going in.
