2 Questions about ChampUp

1 I'm curious about the process. Specifically the start. I read you guys have 2 or 3 pods? 1 doing roster updates the other(s) on full vgus. But how does early exploration work? It sounded like you guys are finishing up taric and from that pod you explored multiple other possible champs? How do you look at more than one champ in the exploration phase

2 much simpler question but I dunno if you can answer it. Who is on your 'needs a full vgu' list, besides Taric yorick warwick urgot and swain? Anyone you guys haven't talked about wanting to rework ?
