Old leaver system vs. New LeaverBuster (season 3 onwards)

I don't like the new LeaverBuster penalty system. It's nice, but the pre-queue times just make it frustrating to even start the game. I want the leaver penalty system back when it would suspend your account instead (1 - 21 days). At least you can go right into game with your friends, or play a quick game after the suspension. Then you would feel more cautious about leaving games, because a normal player wouldn't want to be denied access to the game for however long again. The low priority queue just makes it irritating to play the game. There are no mode differentiations here, so if someone left too many ranked games in a row, you can't even have a chill game with your him without having to wait the long pre-queue. In fact, I believe the low priority queues provoke people into leaving. When you wait a long time just to get into game, then finish it, you know how many of those queues are remaining. And at least 1 game within those 5 lower priority games, there will be a troller, feeder, flamer, etc. I personally am tempted to leave when something like that happens. Like, you wait 10 min. to enter a game. Then what happens? You (top) feed, your jungler feeds, your adc sucks, your support is boosted and your midlaner is afk. This just makes bad days worse, and could make you adopt a bad behaviour in the community. But when your penalty is simply a suspension, you would get mild feelings about entering the game. Oh, hello friends. Let's have a fun game, just got off suspension LOL. And if you do leave or afk again, and get punished again, you would not have to feel obliged to make up for you mistakes or crappy internet.

TLDR; I want the leaver penalties to change back to account suspensions rather than lower priority queue (pre-queue wait times).
