Bet IP

I think that it will be really good if we could bet some IP(min. bet:10IP, max. bet:100IP) in the 1v1 games. The bet system will make those 1v1 more interesting I guess. And we should be able to bet just once a day against a person, so some players will not be able to abuse of the bet system to transfer ip from an account to another account.
