More Tenacity items in SR??

I've been playing this game for years and literally every stat has so many options for items except tenacity. I get there's a couple runes/masteries that can help with tenacity. In an era where every new champion that is released has an insane amount of crowd control in their kit(s) there really needs to be more options for countering that IMHO. League is still a decently fun game but so many champions are rendered useless by there inherent lack of dealing with CC. Kind of a rant here but I honestly feel this way and I know many others do to. Just add some items that have CC maybe even just bring moonflare to SR. The worst experience one can have in this game is just being unable to even play it lol.

Below is a list of every item on SR that has tenacity for educational purposes.

(Elixir + Mercs allows for a whopping 55% tenacity so that 3 second Dark Bind root only lasts for 1.3 seconds!)

Items with one time spell shields/cleanses

The main argument here is that almost every (new) champion has loads of CC in their kit. This makes it almost impossible for some champions to even be played in the current meta. Even if champions don't have CC in their kit there are tons of items that have CC as well.

Let us play the game for more than 15% of the match.
