Vi questions

Her q knocks back the first target hit and apparently "pulls" in enemies... how does this work exactly? Correct me at any part of this if I'm wrong. Also her w denting blows after you get the 3 stacks on it, it reduces their armor by 20% for 4 seconds and proc'ing it again only refreshes it right?
