Matchmaking system is so broken, stop putting Challengers and Gold 5 players in the same games!

I have no idea how Riot matchmaking system works, but it's not fun when your top is Gold 5 and their is Diamond 5, your mid is Plat 3 and their is Challenger (not making shit up, this was my last game...). I check player infos/leagues/MMRs every game, and half the time I see insane stuff like 1800 mmr vs 2350 mrr, Masters vs people who aren't lvl 30, Silver 5 vs Diamond 1.

I don't care if overall the teams are fair, and most of the time they aren't, but if your Gold 2 feed their challenger Riven top 6-0-0 in 10 mins it's game over.

--A very average Plat 3 player who is tired to see Masters and Challengers on the other team 1/3 of the time.
