How would you counter a Teemo as Quinn?

I actually want to know, since I can usually get a FF out of the other team if I play properly, (and I've done that quite a few times already.) Then I match against a Teemo and suddenly it's toxic chat plus me at 0/10, which is painful.

I don't main Quinn, but before her (5.24) nerf, I was considering it, and still am, but it seems that even with a (last checked) 52% winrate top, I still find more bad match-ups for her. (e.g, a Nasus who rushes Trin, or taking her mid (54% I believe?) and trying to fight a Brand.)

Like, for example, Teemo's blind can destroy her passive AND her combo / burst.

Farm under turret until 6, then roam mid/bot with ult. Start D-Shield or Corrupting Pot for sustain in lane. When you roam, be sure to take as many towers as possible while you're there, since Teemo has terrible waveclear. Ganking him pre-6 is a good idea too, since he has no real escapes.

Quinn not so much, as she doesn't really have build variety and shes gimped by the fact that shes easily counterbuilt (ill build 1 or 2 armor items and ill just crush you)

but on a whole, teemers should get stomped by quinn, you have a longer range and smack him so much harder, the only way to lose against satan is to let him initiate onto you and basically just let him get out, then he'll repeat everything again and then kill you.

but as Quinn, you lead with YOUR longer range blind, and he just loses the engagement outright. and since your base damages are much much higher than his, hes going to be in his own base, a lot, and you're going to get free farm.

i give quinn 3/10, 2 points for being a lane bully, and 1 for being snowbally when ahead. but i just dont see her as a team player or accomplishing much for a team (without hard snowballing)

Admittedly, this match-up was easier for Quinn before the update, but there's still potential for her to win this one. In lane, save your abilities for when Teemo uses his blind; that way, you're not just sitting there auto-attacking him aimlessly during those few seconds, but rather dealing damage. Make sure you chain your Harrier procs and avoid going in if you can't get all three of them off consecutively (unless you think you have enough burst with just one/two). You've got a longer range than him so if you land your Q, you can kite him back and cause him to lose out on damage since he won't be able to attack you from outside his field of vision. Also, avoid getting baited into areas with his shrooms; I'd recommend picking up a sweeper to clear these from your lane, and rush Hexdrinker->Maw of Malmortius to resist his poison.

Come mid-late game his blind lasts longer and depending on his build he can burst you down by quite a lot; if his Q becomes too troublesome for you you can purchase a QSS to save you from the blind and win the 1v1.

Teemo is a champion that wins lane.

Quinn is a champion that wins the other lanes.

Enjoy Quinn while shes overtuned as hell, she may not win lane but can get to any other lane so quick your opponent wont be able to react so fast.
