Graves in Bronze out of control?

if there is a graves or jinx in lane for me its gg too because i love playing thresh and all the people thinking they can get a good mid/late game with jinx or graves end up getting shut down cause i keep grabbing them with my hook and they tell me that thresh is an op champ because graves and jinx shouldn't be losing lane.
