Please fix dark seal and deathcap. I want one too.

Hello Summoners. I will start by saying these opinions are solely opinions and I may be totally wrong, in which case I appreciate all counterarguments.

I have a problem with AP carrying. The ability for a carry, to carry even harder specifically. This comes majorly from the dark seal, and deathcap. I will explain both.

A. The dark seal is a very good item, don't get me wrong. I love being rewarded for good decisions and losing stacks for making bad plays. The issue is that this item is missing for ad champs, tanks, and healing/shielding supports.

  1. In many games, you will find that a fed adc will have a supportYuumiSona Morgana Nami running around with a medjais with 20 stacks, and doing ALOT of damage. In this case, not only does it increase their healing/shielding for AP supports, but also their damage, which starts to hurt sometimes when your'e trying to shut down an enemy carry.

  2. On tanks and ad champs there is no such item that can increase their impact on the game, as they make plays.

A fix to these issues in my opinion would be to have 3 such stacking items, such that any champ can build them. But wait, how do you fix the AP that is used in healing and dmg both?

You make the new items have % ratios - % healing/shielding, % damage increase and %damage reduction/tank stats. Just like a tear, you may only build one of these items. The %ages can be balanced by riot, and this will enable all champs that carry, to carry harder, in the job that they are suppose to do. A Soraka wont start doing noticeable damage but will be rewarded with more healing if shes good at not getting caught by the enemy Zed . This will be very nice for tanks in the sense that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger".

B Deathcap. I won't lie. I hate this item. It is an item designed for late game scaling, that boots your AP stats. But instead it is used to boost your early game damage, so that you have a bigger advantage, with even a slight lead, and it works considerably well with certain champs that don't require heavy cdr/health/armorDiana .... In my honest opinion, it should be removed. With the changes to dark seal I just suggested, there is ample scaling for good players. This item can be converted to an ultimate dark seal (new medjais) that you can buy at full dark seal stacks. It gives you a permanent stats as a reward for stacking up the seal, just like how you get wards as a reward for completing support item

This is just my two cents on something that I thought could be improved, to be more inclusive to all roles, have a little more counterplay in a role like support, and be even more rewarding in the end game, because if the enemy team let you get full stacks, you should be able to close out the game.
