revert runes i have been saying since the release of runes reforged

i remember how people were like OMG ITS FREE THE OLD RUNE ARENT FREE THATS SO GOOD and then 50 downvotes

legit if you have a braincell they could have made the old ones free LOL

and riots learned nothing from having to much damage last season like thats the whole purpose of electrocute man WHY EVEN MAKE dark harvest in the first place?

either dark harvest will be broken to the point where nobody will take electrocute or it will be so bad that everybody will pick elecrocute and never pick dark harvest thus making it impossible to balance and the only solution is the change how it works or just remove it.

the stats runes added are so bad that it feels like the damage ones is way more worth than the defensive ones this shows how good and well thought the old runes system were if riot cares about their player base i highly recommend to swallow your pride and revert the old runes system back being saying this for 1 year when will you ever take peoples advice seriously
