Ranking

Every time i get a game away from promotions i get trolls and end up losing. i was placed is s3 and then lost a bunch cause i was bad, now in b5 but i am a lot better now. i hear "play a carry champ" which i do and get 20+ kills and yet my team still loses. its impossible to get out b5.

they need to make away to reset your rank and restart or something cause this shit it broken. i don't want to make a new account cause the champ and skins i own.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get out of this shit?!?!?!?!?
