Played 5 ranked games tonight. 3 of them had rage quiters on my team. So much fun.

Had a Casseo go 0/4 in 9 minutes then leave. Then had a 1/7 Udyr sit in fountain half the game. Then had a Jhin sit in fountain firing his ult off the map for 10 minutes.

Why aren't these people instantly banned again? Its weird how I havent gotten a single message ever after reporting these people that they've been punished. Oh well, just let them go ruin everyone else's time some more right?
