How do you optomize runes per match?

I'm approaching platinum and I have general rune pages for different roles, but since people are smart enough to nearly always give me the roles I want I was wondering how I optimize different combinations of runes for specific matches per role. Like, 3 different adc rune pages for one group of adcs each toylored for a specific matchup, or 3-4 different types of mid runes for 3-4 different team matches or w/e. There doesn't seem to be a lot of detailed information out there.
