Brand Talk
~ Brand does not make sense to be a support. He is a powerful fire mage that wants to burn the world! So let's have him as a solo laner, mid laner specifically, and really burn through those minions waves and champions!
~ Brand lacks wave clear suited against other mages in the mid lane. Brand has very strong wave clear, just the way this wave clear works is horrendous against other mages and gets him killed, thus you usually never see Brand mid lane. This can be fix with some ability changes / reworks; Brand will and should still feel like Brand at the end of the day.
~ How about we turn Pillar of Flame from a huge burst spell and more into a utility spell that sets up Brand to do work. As in, we can have Pillar of Flame actually leave behind a small molten pillar afterwards for a decent chunk of time (with the CDR and mana will allow for 1-3 pillars in play at a time). Then we can make his abilities interact with it in a special way. Brand's abilities are kind of outdated in the fact that they really do not interact with each other at all, they just interact with his passive with 4 random actives.

Blaze (Passive): Brand's abilities set struck enemies ablaze, dealing 2%(+1% per 100AP) of target max health over 4 seconds. Brand's abilities gain an additional effect against ablaze targets.
Sear (Q): Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana; Range: 1050 units Brand launches a fireball in the target direction, dealing 70/90/110/130/150(+50%AP) magic damage to enemies it passes through, slowing down ablaze units by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds.
If Sear strikes a Molten Pillar the fireball will be reflected towards Brand, damaging and stunning the first enemy struck for 2 seconds. The same enemy can be damaged twice by Sear.
Pillar of Flame (W): Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds; Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana; Range: 900 units After a brief delay, Brand makes the target area erupt into flames, dealing 70/90/110/130/150(+30%AP) magic damage and leaving behind a Molten Pillar for the next 6 seconds. Struck enemies that were set ablaze are slightly pulled to Molten Pillar's location.
Molten Pillar acts as a small piece of terrain and can interact with Brand's other abilities.
Conflagration (E): Cooldown: 5 seconds; Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana; Range: 600 or 900 units Brand sets the target enemy aflame, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage. If the target was ablaze or a Molten Pillar then flames burn on the ground for 3 seconds, dealing 30/45/60/75/90(+25%AP) magic damage per second.
Brand can cast Conflagration at 50% increased cast range against Molten Pillar.
Pyroclasm (R): Cooldown: 140/110/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 825 units Brand launches a giant fireball to the target enemy or Molten Pillar, dealing 75/100/125(+45%AP) magic damage per bounce. Pyroclasm prioritizes the most recently ablaze enemy.
Every time Pyroclasm collides with a Molten Pillar it will bounce one additional time.
