JHIN SMALL REWORK.

Hi today i'm going to talk about Jhin. So jhin the unmobile ad carry which is doing a lot of damage. So Jhin is kinda caster ad carry even tho he's known about his big crits, but then why is he caster adc not "crit ad carry".So i think it would be great if his kit crits more like his Q for example , make it crit, his W as well and the E when is activated to crit (i dont know if the E is doing %dmg but if not it would be nice). The ultimate is criting only at the 4th shot wich is perfect i mean at least it crits with 200% dmg at lvl 1. So now almost no one is still using the crit build on Jhin even tho his passive is all about crit and dmg.. you get MS if you crit, what am i trying to say is that jhin should be more Crit adc than the new armor pen build. I think if Riot make his kit to crit everyone will start to play him as crit adc.
