Why do we have to continue to put up with Vayne?

She's so obviously a problem, whether she's OP herself, or it's just her synergy with BotRK. Looking at her pick rate, playing against her, and comparing her self-peel and invisibility to Riot's ideas of how an ADC should function are all huge red flags. She's pick/ban in the highest level of Korean play. Why has she just been given a pass for so long? I'm just sick of basically either having to see her in a game, or waste one of my INCREDIBLY high value bans on her stupid ass. There are too many other high priority bans, but playing against her is just like banging your head against a wall.

Vayne always gets a ban when I'm first pick, along with Garen and Darius. She's just way too overbearing, doesn't matter if you beat her in lane, and god forbid she gets ahead or gets a double kill or you're fucked. She's basically the only ADC that can reliably and consistently outduel anyone in the game, and is also one of the hardest scaling champions in League.

Her "weak" laning phase has been nullified due to meta shifts, lane bully nerfs, and direct buffs (see old patch notes where her ult and AS scaling got buffed), and indirect buffs (armor nerfs, BoRK/PD buffs). You never look at a Vayne and say "Oh not bad, I can outplay her if she does X, or take advantage of when she's weak." or "Oh I'm ahead right now, I should be able to 1v1 her." Nope, does Vayne have BoRK or any other items and you aren't SIGNIFICANTLY ahead to where you can 100-0 her instantly? Well have fun because you aren't killing a DECENT Vayne.

I don't even understand how people can complain about Vayne while Garen exists in his current state. He has literally no weaknesses. At least Vayne dies if Rengar fucking jumps on her.
