MMR is a hidden statistic you will never know.
Sites like op.gg attempt to calculate your mmr based on the average ranking of players in your matches (and the average ranking of players in their recent matches, etc...).
So it's very possible that while you won your last two matches and your mmr no doubt went up as a result, you played with lower rank or lower mmr players (due to your role being needed at that elo, or perhaps autofill had some impact, or you were balancing out a lower elo player on your team, etc...) which resulted in the average mmr of your recent games going down.
A better view of your MMR in my opinion is simply your LP gains and losses. If you gain/lose 20LP your mmr is perfect for your division. As you gain more/lose less than 20 it means your MMR is above your division, and vice versa. Sites like op.gg are likely less accurate than even this basic test - they're only really good at giving you a very rough idea.
