Reverting the bot lane tower changes will not affect low ELO

played about 100 ranked games this season and i've noticed the bot lane tower is rarely ever taken first (like 10% of the time)

usually mid or top are the ones that take their tower first because of jungle pressure throwing lanes out of whack.

bot lane just feeds out of control regardless because of autofill and boosted season 6 players.
