Seriously want an answer here RIOTer

Ok so im climbing fast bronze to gold 1 have 58% win and just got demoted gold 1 to gold 2 after 3 losses at 0LP. Ok like wtf???? I get it that i lost 3 games at zero but my mmr is higher than gold 1 and still is now i have to go through you BS promo system again to get back to gold 1. You banned one acct for "scripting" even though i never have and now i deal with you stupid a$$ elo system demoting me even though im like 120-80. Kindly get your crap together. Oh and on the scripting thing thanks for your zero help support team blanket answer of youre always 100% correct... well guess what you arent now...
