Warlord's bloodlust: useful for people who autoattack a lot, but can also comfortably go low on health without dying. Good examples are Olaf, tryndamere, and volibear

Furor of battle: useful for anyone who's role in a team fight is sustained autoattack damage. Especially useful if you have an autoattack reset. Examples being master yi, shyvanna, and twitch especially.

Deathfire touch: additional magic damage over time when you land spells on enemy champions. This is useful on malzahar, brand...and not many others.

Stormraider's surge: useful if you need to get in, deal burst damage, and get out of you don't have an escape. Useful on most assassins or short range burst mages.

Thunderlord's Decree: useful for increasing overall damage, especially with 3 hit passives. Examples are gnar, vayne, and basically every champion in the game.

Wind speakers blessing: useful if you have heals or shields. Examples being soraka, sona, and Janna

Grasp of the undying: useful for dueling tanks, but works best on HP tanks. Examples are maokai, mundo, and nasus

Strength of the Ages-permanant HP bonus for killing large monsters and cannon creeps, after hitting 300 HP, killing these heals you for a % of your maximum HP. Examples are skarner, cho'gath, and sion

Bond of stone- you take a % of damage taken by allies near you, and grants passive damage reduction. Examples are braum, Leona, and Nautilus

Correct me if I'm wrong, but deathfire touch, stormraider's surge, and strength of the Ages are all lackluster in comparison to the other masteries.

Any changes to them in the works?
