UI changes (and how frequently they happen)

If it's not broke, don't fix it. A statement that remains ever true and something that really needs to be drilled in to some heads, I will never not be baffled at how often the in-game scoreboard or other various parts of the user interface get changed (without any actual comments on it in patch notes, no less) JUST as everybody's getting used to the previous change. Like how summoner spells are now beside each other instead of on top of each other. I wind up automatically pinging what my opponent's keystone is instead of their flash because of this change, and while it's a minor thing, the amount of work put in to these UI changes for.. honestly very little reason is mind-boggling. Can you please stop changing the UI so frequently?
