Will there ever be two Prestige Skins out at the same time, Riot?

I generally think prestige skins are over-glorified, heavily priced golden chromas for something that's worth 1350 RP. If you want to invest a lot of time and pay the $15-$20 for a ticket to start earning (by playing a fuck-ton of games) and saving tokens for these skins, go for it. Beauty is in the eye beholder after all. However I what I really am afraid of is if Riot just decides to release two prestige skins for purchase at the same time with the aforementioned method. I thought these skins would be rare to begin with after seeing Kai'sa's, but if Riot is gonna release this quickly, then I feel like their value is going to be diminished. I'm not gonna say that Riot is throwing these skins out like candy. However, not everyone is gonna have enough time to grind out for just one of these skins let alone 2 or 3 at the same time.
