Will I ever be able to jungle again?

In my last 25 games with jg/sup, jg/top, and jg/mid I've gotten jungle 6 times. I've filled more than I've jungled.

That's 24% of the time I get the role I want to play. I simply don't want to play this game any longer if I can only jungle 1/4 of the time, it's not fun, even if I am winning. Nowhere near Riot's graph about dynamic queue's role percentages.

I would rather queue for 10 or 15 minutes to get jungle than wait 4 minutes and be put somewhere else.

Something has got to give here, am I just an odd outlier or is this a problem in Diamond 4?
