This is after BotRK nerfs. For an ADC with one of their core item nerfed, she's still insanely strong. Despite Jinx being nearly equally as popular and is currently stronger than her, it feels healthier laning against a Jinx than a Vayne.

Is she balanced? I have no comment on that; but is she anti-fun? Yes.
