Twitch has been the #1 or #2 since patch 7.8 changing in between.

Is in the top 10 champions for minutes 0-25 of a game, then goes to top 5 for 26-30 minutes of the game, and finally capping at First place for minutes 31-45+.

Not a very strong point - 5th most picked ADC out of the 17 listed for Bot Lane.

(Side note: If you look at the top 4 champions on the statistics list, all four of them counter each other and are strong against each other by win/rate [Cait/Twitch lose to MF Cait/Twitch Draven]) - Perhaps a point of interest to look at?

Twitch has been too strong for too long, honestly worse than Draven. At least with Draven you know that when he starts running like the lunatic that he is, you are probably dead. But with Twitch. You think you are recalling in a safe area but because all of your allies are near/ around you, then suddenly before you even know it you've eaten two crits from a massive range that killed your support and adc standing right next to you. Just because you couldn't see him. Just saying if he can delete champions before they can react he might be worse than LB and Zed back in the day. Its funny to see ADC's with more burst than Burst Mages/Assassins.
