why nerf swifties?

people dont build it because theyre good. People build because all the other boot options are garbage and have too high cost.

- took a massive nerf.not that much faster than green boots and deactivates during a fight unlike green. no real reason to get them - Tenacityit gives is really bad and not worth it. Its easier to simply pick up the tenacity mastery - 30 attack speed is REALLY not that important and the cost isnt worth delaying your other items.

stop nerfing green boots and give the other boots better stats already

I cant be the only one who thinks this right? It should be pretty clear.
