Should Challengers replace the Riot Balancing team?

As my title states, wouldn't the game be a lot more balanced if people who actually know how the game works is balancing it?

The problem with Riot is their 'arrogance'. They never seem to take advice from the players and only focuses on the LCS players and themselves, which is increasingly making the game less and less fun. So if Challengers were to gather together and figure out some changes and tweaks to the game every patch, wouldn't it make the game much more enjoyable?

FYI obviously they shouldn't be forced into doing it, but I'm sure most challengers do care about the game just as much as rioters and their insights should be very valuable to the game.

Im going with a hard no. Theres a difference between learning and understanding how to use what there is to pull out the highest win chance possible for that game and learning and understanding the fundemental reasons why things are the way they are and how best to shake things up and adjust balance.

Being good at the game does not in any way shape or form lend you to be a good designer of said game.

Well minimum requirement should be having a rank higher than the average 14 year old player

Elo doesn't matter. I'm silver and pretty much understand well enough how the game works. Game knowledge and gameplay skills aren't the same. Though the big thing about "riot's silver balance team," is that silvers tend to be bad, but also extremely biased. But not me, i may not be that good, but ain't biased as well. Yes we exist. Hell, even Challengers can be biased.

It does not seem right that people that are ranked the same as me get to balance the game for Faker. Let me balance the game then LMAO. I have even talked to a balance team member and mentioned something about Viktor that he did not even know! Most of them do not even play the game enough to see it in action. It is like driving a car compared to being in the passenger seat. There are some things the driver can feel that the passenger cannot.

No. The game being balanced around the 1% isnt a healthy idea at all. Case and Point now. Riot balances the game around pro play and a bit of solo queue sprinkled in. Riot needs to see whats going on in all divisions of the game and makes changes based around the combined problems. If this means longer patches then fine, have longer patch times. Anything that doesnt scream "we are balancing around this division only".

I don’t think they should... to be honest, I think that it would be abused so hard, in that their individual biases for their favorite champions would kick in, only benefiting the small portion of people that play those same champs.

You want imaqtpie in the balance team? Most of the high elo players on beyond the rift seem to like the game and the changes...

Most Challenger/Master players only know a few champions.

Logic can back me up on this. Challenger tier players are very skilled and good at the game, not people who want to manage fairness and balance. Also, you can't tell players they are going to work for Riot. They want to play and enjoy the game, maybe even improve a bit. They probably don't want to work for Riot.
