I'm not sure what the balance team is on right now

First its the buff to Lux. Now its buffing Morgana's Q because you know she wasn't already reliant on that ability for the 1:1 scaling and 3s root to set up a good ult without flash.

And then there is not touching Garen when he has been dominating top lane and received love taps since rework.

Gutting elise Spiders because you know she wasn't ever allowed to be viable.

Says that Fiora parrying a summoner spell is intended and balanced.

Barely nerfs devourer instead of dealing with the real problem which is Sated.

Meanwhile Darius is still struggling and had his early game nerfed (I understand his ban rate, but he really isn't all that strong if you play against him right). Darius is still the same old Darius, but with less reliability and damage in exchange for more sustain.

Fizz get's buffed back to old state with more utility when behind. Nothing is done to fix it.

Gragas got nerfed out of the blue in 5.17 (really he isn't all that great, its just pros abusing the fact he is one of the few early game junglers that works well against devourer, but abusing the meta is bad apparently).

Janna saw yet another wave of nerfs in 5.17.

They have yet to fix the real problem with Kalista (hello Rend)

Yi is becoming a problem thanks to buffing him by removing a bug that kept him balanced.

Rek'Sai is hit yet again due to pro play in 5.17 (because you know her clears weren't bad enough)

Throws 5 AD onto Warrior. Dat outta be enough incentive to buy it now that cinderhulk, devourer, and rune glaive are things right?

I understand this is to set up for worlds, but do you not think before you balance at all? I seriously hate playing with basically 5 set in stone bans every game because fixing the game doesn't come before worlds. So now we have to deal with more of the same for at least a month. The only one I think may actually be pushed out is Skarner and maybe Mordekaiser because they actually addressed their problems (not that either won't be strong anymore).
