@Riot: When you guys buff/rework a champion...
...can you guys put more emphasis on the strategic elements of the game in correspondence to why something is being done?
Examples:
: You guys buffed E so that she can stop dashes towards/away from her. Her issue, however, is that other hyper-carries can just build Runaan's and emulate her splash damage while having reliable steroids they can toggle on their own. She easily gets out-dps'd in rocket form and out-ranged in mini-gun form with no real benefit she can call her own. How does making E stop dashes fix that issue? If it doesn't fix that issue, why look to E as a way to "fix Jinx" which you guys left in the dumps for a year now?
: Reworked to be "the roaming, lane pressure marksman-ish pick", but no one likes being dominatrix'd in the top lane, and her kit's pretty clumsy in the bot lane. Combine that with the fact that
super high MS pressure is hard to balance
and, ultimately, we have to ask what we even accomplished through Quinn's rework. High MS pressure is fine, but it feels like she was tunneled into that way too hard without working on some other factors that could help out her position in the game in the long run.
: Small touch-up work that was just a glorified nerf to her burst during the mage update. Like...why? Add counter-play to make the burst fair instead of just neutering the one thing she does. You guys are doing the same thing with Sona this coming patch and it still drives me crazy.
Idk, I just dislike seeing "no reason" changes to champions.
