champ select fix

I cant be the only one who plays jungle last game you where somewhere else and when you get into the next game you get smite and chamge your runes and masteries but when it dodges everything stays but your sums and then you get into game and you notice hey no smite am I the only one that thinks that everything should stay when it dodges
