Shaco and Spell Effects.

The state of shaco is kind of weird at the moment. The ultimates boxes are useless in most situations due to the delay on the activation simply because they share health and get one shot by most champs. Maybe it would be fixed if when a champion kills the clone, the boxes automatically trigger. It would make it useful. His e is also a bit weird. It is meant to be a finishing blow but has flat percentage health damage, which is useless when fighting tanks. An ap scaling might make this better, but to balance it make the cooldown higher. The weirdest and most annoying thing about shaco is the fact that his boxes don't apply spell effects such as death fire of rylais. If heimerdinger can pladown permanent turrets that don't expire, why doesn't shaco's boxes apply effects like that. There is a bit of a precedence when it comes to champions and turrets and or traps. Another example would be zyra. Her plants also ally on hit spell effects such as rylais,liandrys, and morellonomicon. Yet shaco is left out. He is strong but not equal to other sort of summoning champs.
