Why does End of the line deal more dmg then Graves ult? Not saying its op, because its not, but the fuck?

Yup lets downvote when I'm clearly stating I don't think its OP, I'm just curious as to why a BASIC ability in a kit deals more then an ULTIMATE. This community is golden! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
Because everyone learnt how to gtfo after they were given 1 second to move the fk out of the way before the 2nd line of damage comes in.
It does a fuckton of damage because that's the part of the kit you have to plan out. If you use it properly (off a wall/ against CC'd targets) then you're rewarded with extra damage. His ult is just a 'press R for even more damage' button so it doesn't have that risk vs reward element
