Shen ultimate shield depends on ABILITY POWER , and it makes no sense because Shen do not build AP so i think it has to be removed and it should depends on how much bonus health Shen has.This would send Shen into the same tier as Aatrox , Rumble , Camille , Irelia , etc and he would become super strong, he might even become op.IF he does become op then his others ability should be slightly nerfed and THAT'S IT we got it , another strong champion.

Shen ult shield is weak ( blocks up to 840 dmg) + the ap ratio is useless.
