Is there a problem with RP purchasing ?

I recently purchased 35 dollar worth of RP and I was qued for match at the same time from purchasing the RP and it never gave me the RP but it still charged me the 35 on my bank account i want the 35 dollar worth of RP. I'm frequently buying skins I really want this to be fix please.
