SOTD back PLS( for assassin Twitch)

I know i am one of the maybe 5 people in this community that actually cares that SOTD got removed.However i will make this post anyway. SOTD effected very few champs specifically it affected twitch. The removal of this item for me feels like twitches identity of being a marksman assassin was removed with it. it seemed like a well balanced item it had its short comings of being relatively low stat wise only being truly effective when its active is used then it would go on cd and you would lose its stats making you significantly weaker after it was used leaving an opening for counter-play. I know it was a nitch item again usable on maybe 3 champs. but its not the only item in that boat and nitch items help make certain champions feel fresh and different while opening up more possible item paths. i know this post will go unheard and even if it was it wouldn't make a difference on the item being removed however i just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there on the subject. (especially since i'm a twitch main :P)
