Linking Accounts /Inter Server Skin transfer

So there are a lot of threads out there about how you can't gift RP or you can't have other server friends, but most of them are outdated. I happen to live in Mexico, where half of my friends like playing in Latin America North and half of them prefer to play in North America. I like playing mostly in NA but i sometimes play in LA North. Is there a way i can transfer a skin from one of my accounts to the other? Is there a way i can somehow link these two accounts? After all I'm the one who's using them, but just to play with different people, and both accounts belong to me. This situation became much more interesting to me because a friend recently gifted me an skin in LA North, which i would very much like to have in NA.
