@RIOT: Can Katarina's Difficulty Rating in the new Client be raised?

As a Support main that took up midlaning rather recently, I've found much love for Ekko and Viktor; both relatively easy to pick up and find success with (similar to most Support champions if you aren't against Supp Main Meta picks with Ardent Censer).

But upon buying Katarina, even a few games in, I firmly believe this champion requires quite a bit of experience to get accustomed to calculating dagger usage + shunpos as well as learning her matchups.

Can Katarina's difficulty be increased to 2/3 or 3/3? She may not be mechanically difficult in the sense of Riven or Yasuo (from what I've heard, I don't play them), but she most certainly isn't someone I'd consider a 1/3.
