We need predetermined swaps in champ select

A few times, I have been swapping with someone only to have one of our clients crash and the swap not happen. We should have a system that allows you prepare a swap before champ select so that if a crash happens the swap still goes through. It would work like this:

You enter the lobby and pick your prefered champ. If you want to swap, you select the target player and if they agree the swap is locked in. Then after champion select where the before game countdown is, the swap happens automatically similar to how it would normally except there is no need for an agreement since it was made before.
