Twisted fate's E "stacked deck" improvement

Hi,

Twisted fate's E "stacked deck" is a passive that gives bonus dmg every 4 AA's But seeing how TF is so unpopular and just forgotten how about spicing things up and giving his E an active alongside the passive?

I'm sure this will raise popularity for TF and overall just make him able to keep up with the other strong champs. I haven't yet thought of a definite suitable active but I do have a few ideas.

  1. the opposite of Ahri charm, something that forces enemies to walk away, seeing how low his mobility is, except for his ult ofc but that has a long cd.

2)Something likeOlaf ultimate, something to keep him immune from all effects ( this includes stuns, snares, and push effects e.g. Azir ult) This could be good as TF is way too vulnerable after he's used his W which could perhaps have been the wrong card.

  1. I have another suggestion, something which fits his lore. Perhaps the active on his E could be an Ace of spades card which get summoned and gives some effect to the target or TF himself? Not sure on which effect tho. Perhaps invisiblity?

  2. Or... just like Gangplank W, how about an active which removes all debuffs from TF and instead of a heal, automatically gives you a yellow card to stun an enemy ( if you have the mana) .. I do think this could be OP however.

Let me know what you think, this is all I could come up with in a quick 10 minute brainstorm, I love TF, but I really do think it's time he catches up to other champs with all those passive/actives abilities.

Giving it an active sounds good on paper, but it would require nerfing the ability somewhere else if only slightly.

I'd suggest removing Stacked Deck's passive AS and maybe slightly reduce the bonus damage by 5/10/15/20/25 damage (based on rank) and then give it an active which reads:

  • "Royal Flush/Winning Hand (whichever you all think sounds better): Twisted Fate's next 5 attacks deal increasing bonus magic damage and gain bonus attack speed. Bonus damage per attack: (10/15/20/25/30% AP, 100% AP total). Bonus AS: 30/45/60/75/90%. 15 second cooldown (begins after last proc is consumed). 75 mana."

It leaves TF in roughly the same spot, but with a little more control over how he deals his damage. Instead of relying on passive stat steroids and damage procs, he can control when he gets some of the bonus damage and bonus attack speed.

Uhh..No...as someone who loves Twisted Fate, I think he's fine just the way he is. Maybe an active could double the gold that he earns from his passive during the duration.

Twisted Fate has a positive win percentage. Seems he's keeping up with other champs just fine. :p

They are doing a mage update sometime soon and TF is most likely going to be a part of it.
