Game invites after 10 seconds but with Autofills

Idk your avarage queue time for your role, but in EUW as Plat Jungler it was always around 1:30 - 1:40. It was pretty rare that i got an invite before 1:20 in S8 and pre-season and when it went above 1:40 I knew I would get second-role or even autofill, so i mostly restarted queue around 1:40. But in this new season i get game invites after a few seconds very often. And EVERY TIME when i have such an early invite, at least one in my team is autofilled. This happened in S8 too but very rarely so I could reject the invite but now it's so often I can't reject all the time without getting a penalty. Wtf is this man? You don't have to give me short queue times if half of my team is autofilled then!! I have no problem with waiting 1:30. Hell I wouldn't even have a problem to wait 5 minutes if the match would be balanced then and without autofills.
