Riot thanks for the taliyah buff

Although I still think her worked ground q needs to looked at. She is essentially useless when standing on worked ground. I think she should shoot 3 rocks rather than 1. At least 2. Worked ground gives the enemy team too much of an advantage in a team fight I think.
