Simple fix give small ammount of RP to top 210 players on each server

Doesnt hit your sales but makes people compete more

I am getting tired of people saying "MUH EARLY SEASON"

Does anyone have any idea how low quallity high elo in league by the end of season is?

Bassicly bunch of Duoq Smurfing, Boosting and win trading which results in horrible matchmaking
