New item core for Support Karma/Sona/Lulu etc?

So basicly, when testing around in normals for a bit to figure out how items changed, I "discovered" this core that works on almost any poke heavy AP Support with any sort of heal or shield (except because ingame mechanics). It looks like this:

Total Cost: 5250

The main point is to hit 40% CDR as quickly as possible. I decided to go Eye of the Watchers over Frostqueens simply because of the better Mana Regen in the early levels and with all the nerfs on Frostqueens, I don't think it's that great of a pick for now. Many people complained about Athene becoming a Support Item, so I tested it and it's really nice to have. Its new passive is just great, as you can convert your poke into an additional heal for your carry the next time you put a shield or heal on them. The bonus Health-or-Mana Regen is actually quite nice as well. These 3 items can be completed around 20 minutes, I think that's actually a pretty decent time for a support. Depending on the items you want to build afterwards, you might want to sell Boots for at some time, as it's very easy to overkill with CDR now.

Again, this is meant for supports that actually do some damage while still healing/shielding their team. On more passive or tanks supports, I still build stuff like . So, what do you guys think about it?
