Items that need to be adjusted

Here are a few that should get adjustments ( with my opinion)

- needs to go back to their orginal forms

- lose a bit of damage and 10% cdr

- nobody uses it so make a new starter item to replace it

- needs to lose some magic pen

- Nobody uses it turn it into a starter item

- no need cdr raise the damage

- needs passive lowered

get rid of the magic pen/ health add cdr

- fucking cancer delete it

- Riot needs to stop being fucking stupid and just do an actual bruiser item rework instead of making cancerous shit that makes people stun lock while doing a shit ton of damage...
