So far, these are the latest Patch Notes for the PBE (Public Beta Environment) http://www.reignofgaming.net/news/29851-unofficial-pbe-patch-notes-for-10-10-2014

There are a lot of changes in the pages and pages of reworks, buffs, nerfs and overhauling massive amounts of coded asses.

If you have news about what's happening with PreSeason 5 for 2015, please share anything you find via forum posts or RIOT announcements

Now, what intrigues you most about the new changes that will be happening in League of Legends this next season?

For me personally, I think that the changes to the buffs and purpose that everything gives takes a lot of good game design and much thought. RIOT essentially turned the next season of League into a mix between RISK (the board game) and DOTA where your minions/soldiers matter and do a lot of heavy lifting to win you the game, but also your champion choice and item path can make and break the game.

Also, as I main Jungle, the customization of the new jungle items makes me drool because they're just that good and they allow use of smite in new ways that it deserves to be versatile as a summoner spell.

I also thought that the removal of flat regenerations in favor of % regenerations was a really good move because some builds will really shine with certain item combinations.

HOW ABOUT YOU SUMMONERS?

I am not keen on flat regeneration on items being replaced with % of base regeneration. The main reason is that current numbers for mana regeneration show lower values at all levels compared to previous values for all champions with most items that provide mana regeneration.

As a jungle main, I feel the entire jungle item overhaul was done just to avoid nerfing lee sin.
