The electrocute is one of the most common keystone in the game. And what i wanna talk about is the "common" of it. Actually every champs can use electrocute, but i think what riot wants for this keystone is apply on assassins. My sugesstion is reduce the time between the attack/spell to active electrocute which will make it harder to active but increase the dmg or reduce the cooldown. I think its would be better for an assassin.
i used to play yi top with Thunderlord and a full AD rune page, it was so op, you could one hit almost anyone, nowadays still can be done but its worthless playing yi with electrocute if there are better runes, feel like riot only cares about assassins and they must be on a comfy spot with lots of dmg and 1000 ways to get out of trouble, back in the day assasins were kamikaze you either get the carry or were dead, there was no in between, then they released zed and reworked talon to have a similar way to escape, anyway, electrocute is fine as it is right now.
